Lighting, climate and security in one unified, easy-to-control system – we design and install a solution that fits your home.
Home automation means lighting, heating, blinds and security devices work as one system, not as separate devices. We design a smart home solution matched to your home's layout and habits, install the necessary equipment and configure the control app or hub, and then offer maintenance and system expansion if you want to add new features. We tailor solutions for both new builds and existing homes.
The success of a smart home system largely depends on how stable the home's Wi-Fi or wired network foundation is – if the underlying network is unstable, the smart devices will also behave unpredictably. That's why, before choosing equipment, we assess the existing network infrastructure and, if necessary, recommend reinforcing it at the same time as the smart home installation. This approach avoids a situation where individual devices work, but the system as a whole feels unstable or slow.
Network foundation assessment before installing the system
Written proposal before work begins
Maintenance and expansion options after installation
Automated and remote lighting control in every room.
Heating and ventilation automation for a more comfortable microclimate and energy savings.
Programmed or remote control of blinds and curtains.
We connect the smart home system with video surveillance and access control in one unified control setup.
Smart home devices can run on wireless (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave) or partially wired solutions. Wireless systems are quicker to install and suit existing homes where you'd rather avoid construction work, but they depend on a stable Wi-Fi network foundation – if the underlying network is weak, the smart system will also perform unreliably. Wired solutions (such as KNX-standard systems) are more reliable long term and better suited to new builds, where cables can be planned in during construction, but they require a larger upfront investment and more planning.
In practice, many solutions combine both approaches – critical functions (such as lighting) run through a wired system, while more flexible functions (sensors, smart outlets) are added wirelessly. During the consultation, we assess whether it's worth investing in wired infrastructure in your home, or whether a wireless solution will fully meet your needs. If your home doesn't yet have a structured cabling system or a stable Wi-Fi network, we often recommend starting there – see our smart home network readiness checklist to check whether your underlying network is ready.
You don't need to implement the entire range of possible features right away. Many clients start with one area – for example, lighting control or blind automation – and later gradually expand the system with climate control, security integration or additional sensors. We design the system so that this kind of gradual expansion is possible without having to rebuild the infrastructure already installed – which means choosing the right control hub and protocol from the very start.
A smart home becomes especially useful when it isn't an isolated system, but is connected to the rest of the home's digital infrastructure. For example, video surveillance cameras can be added to the same control app alongside lighting and door access control, so everything can be monitored in one place. Since we also offer video surveillance and access control installation, we can design these systems together from the very start, rather than connecting them later as separate, mutually incompatible solutions.
We discuss which features matter to you and what your home's layout is.
We propose a solution with specific equipment, a control system and a written quote.
We install the equipment and configure the control app or hub.
We offer ongoing maintenance and system expansion.
