A reliable, high-throughput connection for your business network's backbone – from design to a finished, tested installation.
Fiber optics is the solution when a business needs to connect buildings, floors or network hubs with the high throughput and stability that copper cable can't deliver over long distances. We design the fiber network route, build the connection between buildings or server rooms, and carry out full installation testing to ensure a secure backbone and uplink infrastructure. This service is aimed primarily at the business environment – factories, office complexes and organizations with multiple buildings or a heavy network load.
Fiber optic installation demands precision – an incorrectly made connection or too sharp a cable bend can significantly reduce signal quality, even if it seems to work at first glance. That's why we measure and test every fiber connection with the appropriate equipment before handover, rather than relying on a visual check. We work both on building new routes and on expanding existing fiber infrastructure or diagnosing issues.
Signal measurement and testing after installation
Written proposal before work begins
Ongoing system maintenance available
We plan the optimal fiber optic route between buildings or network hubs.
We build the fiber connection, including cable installation and connector termination.
We provide a stable network backbone between server rooms, floors or buildings.
We test signal quality after installation and offer ongoing maintenance.
Copper cable (Cat6, Cat6A) is sufficient for most indoor networks, but fiber optics has clear advantages in specific situations: distances over 100 meters, where copper cable no longer reaches full speed; connections between buildings or building wings, where extra protection against lightning and electromagnetic interference is needed; and environments with very high data traffic, such as between server rooms or major network hubs. Fiber optics also doesn't conduct electricity, making it a safer solution for connections between separate buildings, where electrical conductivity could pose safety risks.
If you're not sure whether your situation calls for fiber optics or copper cable is sufficient, during the consultation we assess the distance, planned load and building layout to recommend a well-founded solution, not simply the most expensive option available. See a detailed comparison in our "Fiber Optic vs Copper Cable" decision matrix.
Some of our projects are entirely new fiber network routes – for example, connecting a new factory wing to the main office. Others involve expanding existing infrastructure or diagnosing issues when an already-installed fiber connection shows instability or insufficient speed. In both cases, the process begins with assessing the existing or planned infrastructure, to offer a solution that fits into your overall network architecture rather than functioning as an isolated element.
In practice, fiber optic installation is most often requested by businesses in situations such as these: a manufacturing company where the office and factory wing are located in separate buildings and need to be connected into a single network; an office complex with multiple floors, where each floor's network hub needs to connect to the main server hub with high throughput; or an organization expanding its existing IT infrastructure, where the existing copper cable connection can no longer handle the growing volume of data between parts of the building. In each case, fiber optics acts as a stable "backbone" that the rest of the network infrastructure relies on, including Wi-Fi access points and workstation connections in every part of the building.
We discuss your existing infrastructure and network throughput requirements.
We prepare a fiber network route plan and a written proposal, matched to your building or site layout.
We carry out the installation and test the fiber connection's quality before handover.
We offer ongoing system monitoring and maintenance.
