These terms of use govern the use of the datortikluizbuve.lv website (the "Site") and the relationship between the service provider operating under the brand Datortīklu izbūve ("we," "us," "our") and visitors to and clients of the Site ("you," "your").
By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By filling in the request form on the Site, you submit a request for a free consultation and a possible service. A request is not a contract – it is an initial expression of interest. We will contact you to discuss your needs and, where appropriate, carry out a site assessment. A service agreement is formed only once both parties agree on the type, scope and price of the service.
The prices shown on the Site are indicative. We provide the exact final price after assessing the situation and before work begins. The client confirms the price before work starts. Payment arrangements are agreed individually.
We commit to providing our services professionally. The infrastructure we build is tested before being handed over to the client.
By requesting a service, the client confirms that they:

The content of the Site is provided "as is" – we do not guarantee that indicative pricing and process information will fully match the current situation at all times. Exact terms are confirmed individually for each project.
All content on the Site (text, images, design) is the property of Datortīklu izbūve and is protected by copyright. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if that is not possible, in the courts of Latvia.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Site.
